Are you an active member of the Canadian Forces? Then consider joining
Hylands Golf Club and take advantage of our preferential rates, full-service
facilities and strong community.
Active serving military personnel, their spouses and
dependents are entitled to:
- Immediate membership at Hylands Golf Club (no waiting list);
- A very competitive annual membership fee; and
- Exemption from our entrance fee.
For military members who are posted to the National Capital Region
during the golfing season, the membership fees are pro-rated. A copy
of the posting message must be presented when applying for the membership.
Not a member? Not a problem!
Non-members who are active military personnel may play Hylands throughout
the season by paying daily green fees of $27 (or $32 on weekends and
$18 at twilight.) Military non-members can also buy up to two five-game
packages at $100 each. If you subsequently join Hylands, the Club will
credit the value of the package (s) to the cost of membership for that
season. Military non-members may reserve their tee-off time two days
in advance by calling the Starter at (613) 521-4177. For more information

About Hylands Golf Club
Hylands is a superior 36-hole golf facility in south Ottawa that offers
a driving range, several practice areas, a fully stocked pro shop, a
full-service bar, lounge and dining room, CPGA Professional teaching
staff, indoor instruction facilities and a challenge for all levels
of play.
Hylands is a strong community that encourages and welcomes new members.
As a very active golf club, volunteers organize tournaments (men, women
and mixed) throughout the year and also arrange a variety of social
events. The Club encourages family participation through a popular junior
golf program that runs from late June to the end of August, and features
free weekly instruction clinics for all junior members. For more information,

Tournament/Event Bookings for Military and DND Personnel
DND personnel are offered the opportunity to hold golf tournaments/events
on one of our courses every Friday. Such tournaments/events should be
booked as early as possible the year before the planned event as all
military organizations have priority for the following year prior to
November 1. Non-military tournaments are allowed to be booked after
that date, on a first-come-first-served and space available basis. To
organize a tournament or event at Hylands, communicate with the Events
